Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms apply to your use of the Expenderino app ("the app"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which applies in full. The sections below add details specific to Expenderino. If anything here conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA takes precedence.

Expenderino Pro subscription

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all Pro features (for example weekly statistics and filters, unlimited budgets, statement scanning and AI category suggestions). It renews monthly.
The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings → Expenderino Pro → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your financial data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Expenderino is a tool to record and review your own spending. Figures, categories, projections and AI suggestions are for your information only and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Please check important numbers against your bank statements.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
